KeepTheContact is a permission-based email marketing system.

Information and Content on KeepTheContact cannot be copied, reproduced, published, distributed or transmitted in any way or by any means without prior written permission of KeepTheContact.

KeepTheContact prohibits any use of the items below on their website / e-newsletters / products:

Any content, postings, and advertisements (including images) that is harassing, abusive, illegal/unlawful items content in general.

KeepTheContact reserves all rights to edit, terminate or reject and remove any accounts, contacts, content or advertisements considered offensive, objectionable or inaccurate without notice or refund.

Payment

All payments will be made online by a valid credit card, in Canadian dollars. By signing up, you hereby authorize KeepTheContact to charge your credit card for such amounts on a regular monthly basis and continuing until such time as your account is cancelled. If KeepTheContact is for any reason unable to apply automatic payment with your credit card info, KeepTheContact may attempt to notify you by your email on record and your account may be disabled until payment is received (incase your charge account expires, over your limit...).

When you sign up for your KeepTheContact account your credit card will be charged for your first month's subscription cost plus our one time set-up fee of $19.99 CDN. Your recurring billing period will be setup to automatically process subsequent subscription payments on the same day of the month as your account activation date.

If your account activation date is the 29th, 30th, or 31st of the month, your recurring subscription payment date will be set for the 28th of each month to accommodate payments to be made in February.

For example, if your account activation date is the 25th of the month, your recurring subscription payment will be setup to process on the 25th of each subsequent month. If your account activation date is the 30th of the month, your recurring subscription payment will be processed on the 28th of each subsequent month.

Anti-Spam

Spam is unsolicited email and also known as Unsolicited Commercial Email.

KeepTheContact has a no tolerance spam policy. We provide a mandatory unsubscribe/Opt out link in every email. We will terminate the customer’s account without warning or refund, if this link is removed or de-activated.

KeepTheContact is a permission-based email marketing system, guidlines are sending emails to those who have requested to receive it and/or have a pre-existing business relationship.

Pre-existing business relationships consist of recipients of your email who have had offline personal contact with you, used your services and/or to make a purchase, or have inquired information.

Informed consent to receive your emails means that the recipient has acknowledged and agreed that the collection of their email information is for such use.

The federal anti-spam law consists of penalties that can include a fine.

*This is in place to prevent users from sending (spamming) mass emails to people in hope of their business. Also to prevent KeepTheContact accounts from buying and using email lists.
