If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products and service, you may cancel within 30 days of your activation date and we will refund 100% of your money back. *One time per customer per 12 month period.

You may cancel within 30 days of your activation date by (calling or) sending an email request to support@KeepTheContact.com from your KeepTheContact account email address.

KeepTheContact offers a “Premium e-NewsLetter” at a very economical price. Your payments are on a month to month basis and with no contracts.

KeepTheContact is very easy to use, to edit, to add email contacts, to view charts and more!

Cancellation Policy

Your payments are on a month to month basis and with no contracts. You may choose to cancel your subscription at any time.

When you sign up for your KeepTheContact account your credit card will be charged for your first month's subscription cost plus our one time set-up fee of $19.99 CDN. Your recurring billing period will be setup to automatically process subsequent subscription payments on the same day of the month as your account activation date.

If your account activation date is the 29th, 30th, or 31st of the month, your recurring subscription payment date will be set for the 28th of each month to accommodate payments to be made in February.

For example, if your account activation date is the 25th of the month, your recurring subscription payment will be setup to process on the 25th of each subsequent month. If your account activation date is the 30th of the month, your recurring subscription payment will be processed on the 28th of each subsequent month.

Should you choose to cancel your KeepTheContact account, your subscription recurring payment will be canceled and your credit card will not be charged again by KeepTheContact. Your account will remain active and fully functional until your next scheduled recurring subscription payment date, after which your account will be deactivated.
