How it Works

KeepTheContact is very easy to use and set up.

For maximum results, our research recommends making contact with your clients at least 12 times per year, once per month and on special dates (holidays, home anniversaries, birthday’s ...).

We provide you a monthly e-NewsLetter with timely engaging articles. You will receive a notification email on the 24th of each month, saying the e-NewsLetter is ready for you to review (for the following month). You can:

1. Do Nothing Your e-NewsLetter will be sent out automatically on the date indicated (usually within the first week of the month) to your entire contact list.
2. Take Ownership This allows you to schedule your own delivery date.
3. Return To Draft To edit all or part and schedule a send out date.

We offer many ways for you to fully customize and personalize your e-NewsLetter including: Custom Banners, Left Section, Featured Listings + Offers, Coupons and more.

	e-NewsLetter We provide you a monthly e-NewsLetter with timely engaging articles. Edit/Create and manage your own e-NewsLetters! Our e-NewsLetter allows you to have up to 15 articles, 12 featured listings, 6 coupons and 6 left panel items. Create your own custom banners and/or use ours.
	Pre-Set Delivery KeepTheContact knows you're busy! With our Pre-Set Delivery option, you can create your e-NewsLetter and set any date in the future that you would like it to send.
	Custom Banner Library Our Custom Banner tool provides you with the flexibility to create a collection of unique banners with almost unlimited possibilities. The Custom Banner editing tool is easy to use and you don't have to be a graphic designer to create a professional looking and unique banner for your e-NewsLetters! You can create and save birthday, holidays, seasons and event banners. This will allow you to easily select the banner to match your e-NewsLetter. Use our Images or Upload your own to Create and save up to 15 banners.
	Image Library KeepTheContact provides a collection of images for each category that you may use and select from. You may also upload, save and reuse your own images. KeepTheContact allows you to maintain a library of images that you can use to easily create your articles, coupons, featured listings, left panel and banners.
	Article Library KeepTheContact provides a Library filled with a variety of articles to select from. You can also create and manage your own reusable article library. Once you have created an article it is saved in our database allowing you to easily select it to be included in your e-NewsLetters. This allows you to create a theme e-NewsLetter (ex. mortgages, home inspections, staging your home...).
	Printer Friendly Our e-NewsLetters are Printer Friendly! Print your e-NewsLetter and hand out during open houses, client meetings and events. You can also deliver copies to your doctor’s and dental office, banks, coffee shops, ... for great reading material and to gain leads. You can also mail them to some of your clients.
	e-NewsLetter Coupons Include Coupons in your KeepTheContact e-NewsLetter to entice your clients to view and share your e-NewsLetters. Helps to Boost E-mail Open Rate; You may include up to 6 Coupons per e-NewsLetter
	Featured Listings and Offers Turn your e-NewsLetter into a Marketing Tool! Create and include Featured Listings and Offers in your e-NewsLetter. This allows you to involve and recommend your group of professionals, or display listings. Include up to 12 Featured Listings and Offers per e-NewsLetter.
	Contacts Manager Easily import your Contacts from a CSV file, or add individual contacts easily with the Contact Manager. Each of your contacts can be assigned Special Dates such as a birthday or home purchase anniversary which will help you to track these important dates. The Contacts Manager also provides the ability to search for contacts using based on First Name, Last Name and / or Email address, as well as by their subscription date so you can easily see how many new subscribers you have gained for a specific timeframe.
	Contact Special Dates Special Dates can be stored in your Contact Management. You can easily view these special dates that are upcoming within the next 2 months allowing you to create special targeted e-NewsLetters. Send your Clients a special Individual e-NewsLetter on their Birthday! (Or other special event such as a home purchase anniversary).
	Email Tracking See how your e-NewsLetters are performing. KeepTheContact tracks a number of useful statistics about your e-NewsLetters including open or read counts, the number of unsubscribes, various link clicks, and other important informaiton. Use these statistics to see trends in your e-NewsLetter campaigns to make the next more successful.
	Website and Social Sites Code Snippits KeepTheContact makes it easy to link to your e-NewsLetter archive or e-NewsLetter Sign-Up form from social sites or your website by providing you with custom links you can copy/paste. KeepTheContact also provides you with an embeddable e-NewsLetter Sign-Up form that you can include right in your website!
	Online Contact Form Included in your KeepTheContact account subscription is your own Online Contact form that is personalized to you with your account profile image and contact information. Each of your e-NewsLetters automatically include a Contact Me button that links directly to this online form. This invites communication with you!
