Do I need any special computer skills or computer programs to use your e-NewsLetter?

KeepTheContact is very easy to use, very basic computer skills are fine. Creating your e-NewsLetters is as simple as:

Step 1. Use our System Image Library ( or upload and save your own images ) to use to create your e-NewsLetter Content areas.
Step 2. Use our System Article Library, and you can also create and save your own articles.
Step 3. Select from the Article Libraries to add to your e-NewsLetter.

We also have help for all steps. Everything is web-based and you can access your KeepTheContact account from any computer that has internet access.

I am very busy. What is the minimum amount of work I need to do to make this work for me?

Once you have setup all your personal information (Banner, Left section, Bottom section) and uploaded your client list, the rest is automatic. Do I have to customize the e-NewsLetter each month?

No. You are busy with your business; let us do the work for you.

Once you have created the Banner, Left panel, Bottom section, and uploaded your client list, the rest we take care of and supply monthly engaging articles. These 3 parts will stay the same with each e-NewsLetter unless you edit them. We offer help videos, a support line/email and we can help create these for you.

You have access to current market info/statistics for your area. We suggest you spend about 10 minutes and add one article specific to your area. KeepTheContact is a great marketing tool that you can get very creative with, or keep it simple and take very little of your time.
How is your e-NewsLetter design more effective than the others?

Research shows people read from top left and down left side of newsletters, and skim through the articles. We have designed our e-NewLetter to accommodate this and our articles are in point form or short paragraphs for easy reading. We have also added a Listings and Offers section and a coupon section.
Can I add a link on my website to view and to subscribe to my e-NewsLetter?

Yes! We provide you a link to add on your website to view your e-NewsLetter, clicking on the link will show your current e-NewsLetter, and option to view past e-NewsLetters.

Can I add a link on my social sites (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn...) to view and to subscribe to my e-NewsLetter?

Yes you can! We provide you these links with easy steps to follow. With social sites now becoming a marketing tool, this is a great feature to help grow your client list and increase your sales. This is a powerful way to market your business!
Can I add a link on my e-NewsLetter to “Join Me on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc...?"

Yes! With social sites becoming even more popular, this is a great way to grow your client list and increase your business.

Can I edit and customize my e-NewsLetter?

Yes. You can edit and customize all or part including all articles, images and content. View our example e-NewsLetter. The admin system allows you to customize your e-NewsLetter.

You can upload your
  1. Own banner (photo, logo and contact info)
  2. Left panel with your photos and info and message
  3. Bottom section with the Featured Lisitngs and Offerings, and Coupons


These 3 sections are saved to allow the monthly e-NewsLetter to be sent out automatically with new articles and with no work on your part, OR you can take ownership and edit and schedule a date. We supply timely engaging articles. We also suggest you add one article with specific market conditions/statistics for your area. ( i.e. Current interest rates, trends, etc.)

We will send you a notification email on the 24th of each month, saying the e-NewsLetter is ready for you to review (for the following month). The automatic Send Out Date will usually be the first Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday of every month and will be noted on each e-NewsLetter.
Will the e-NewsLetter appear to come from my own email address?

Yes, your clients will receive a message from your personal email address with your personal subject line.
Will the e-NewsLetter be personalized to each of my clients?

Yes, your clients will feel special with their name on each e-NewsLetter. Your clients name will automatically appear on their e-NewsLetter.

For example, "Hello Susan", “Hello David”.
Do I have to deliver-send out the e-NewsLetter to my subscribers myself?

No, the e-NewsLetter will automatically be scheduled for usually the first Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday of the month. You can also take ownership and change this date to your preferred date.
How is my client contact list protected?

Our database will hold all of your information, including your client contact list securely. KeepTheContact customers only have access to their own client contact lists. We do not share, rent or sell any client email addresses/contact lists or personal information.
How do I enter my client contact list?

You can add individual email contacts or you can upload CSV files. View our help videos or we can also help you with this process. Send us your questions to support@KeepTheContact.com for quick replies.
Can I Print the e-NewsLetter?

Yes! You and your clients can also print your e-NewsLetter

Print your e-NewsLetter - hand out during open houses, client meetings and events. You can also deliver copies to your doctor’s and dental office, banks, coffee shops, ... for great reading material and to gain leads. You can also mail them to some of your clients.

Listing Presentations - print your professional e-NewsLetter to impress the sellers and to give you an advantage.

Farm Area - print as many as you need and deliver in your farm area.
I really like your e-NewsLetter, but is every month too much?

The e-NewsLetter is designed for monthly mailing to achieve best results. Our research shows and recommends for maximum results to stay in touch with your clients at least 12 times per year, once per month and on special dates (holiday’s, home anniversary’s, birthday’s ...).

Our research also shows that your clients will welcome and enjoy readying the articles, your personal message, Listings and Offers and coupons.
Can anyone use the articles I create in the reusable article library?

No. The articles you create and the images you upload are only visible to you. You also have access to the Systems reusable article + image library.
I'm interested in your e-NewsLetter, but are the articles applicable to my area?

We supply generic interesting articles that will engage your clients. You can also edit and add your own article(s) specific to your area ... in minutes. View our example e-NewsLetter.

You also have access to the Systems article and image library, and can create an article theme for that month. (Ex. Winter season, Mortgages, Staging Your Home, Home Inspection ...)
How often is the e-NewsLetter sent out?

We provide you the:
  1. Monthly e-NewsLetter - (Automatic e-NewsLetter) With engaging articles automatically sent out once a month (during the first week). You will have the option to take ownership of this monthly e-NewsLetter so that you can chage the send date or customize the content.
  2. Holiday e-NewsLetter - (Thanksgiving, Christmas...) You can create, edit and send a Holiday e-NewsLetter to all or specific subscribers each month.
  3. Event e-NewsLetter - (Client dinner party...) You can create, edit and send an Event e-NewsLetter to all or specific subscribers each month.
  4. Individual client e-NewsLetter - (Home Anniversary, Birthdays...) You can create, edit and send Individual client e-NewsLetters to each specific subscriber each month.
    We suggest spending about 30 minutes each month to schedule these extra e-NewsLetters to make your clients feel extra special.
    *You will be able to input all your important dates and view these dates 40 days in advance. This is a great marketing tool to use!
How do I keep track of all my client's special dates?

KeepTheContact allows you to add a list of special dates specific to each of your contacts. You are able to input the type of date (ie, Birthday, Home Anniversary) and the month and day for the date. When you log in to your KeepTheContact account, your homepage will display the list of upcoming special dates 40 days in advance.
How many different Banners am I able to create and save for future use?

KeepTheContact allows you to create up to 15 different banners that can be used when creating or editing your e-NewsLetters. This feature allows you to create re-usable banners for holidays or special events and makes it easy and quick to create your e-NewsLetters for these events.
Can I divide my contact list into groups?

Yes. This will allow you to target your clients more efficiently for your Holiday + Event + Individual e-NewsLetter.
What are the best sizes for uploading images?

KeepTheContact makes uploading your images simple. When you upload an image, it is automatically resized and optimized. For best results, you may format your images to the final size based on the chart below:

How do I pay for this service?

You will be charged automatically on a monthly basis, pay as you go with no contracts. We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. You'll also be automatically emailed a receipt each month for tax purposes.
Will I be locked into a long term contract?

No. KeepTheContact is confident that our e-NewsLetters will benefit your business and thats why we offer a “pay as you go” monthly billing with no contracts.

What are Regions and how are they used?

When you sign-up for a KeepTheContact account you will be asked to select your Region. We provide you a monthly e-NewsLetter with timely engaging articles, the articles are selected based on your selected region so that they are interesting and relevant to your subscribers. You may change your selected region after you sign-up as part of your Profile Information.
What are Subscription Levels and how are they used?

Your account Subscription Level determines the maximum number of subscribers that can receive your e-NewsLetters and determines your monthly subscription cost. You may upgrade to a higher subscription level at any time after you sign up as part of your Profile Informaiton.
