KeepTheContact is a Marketing Tool, not just a Monthly e-NewsLetter.

We provide you a monthly e-NewsLetter with timely engaging articles. You will receive a notification email on the 24th of each month, letting you know the e-NewsLetter for the following month is ready for you to review.
* You can:
1. Do Nothing and it will automatically go out on the scheduled send out date.
2. Click "Take Ownership" and schedule a new send out date.
3. Click "Return To Draft" and edit all or part and schedule a send out date.

We offer many ways for you to fully customize and personalize your e-NewsLetter including: Custom Banners, Left Section, Featured Listings and Offers Section, Coupons Section and more. *These sections stay the same until you edit them.

When you sign up you select your Region and will receive newsletter articles specific to that Region.

e-NewsLetter Articles

We supply engaging articles that are easy to read, in point form and small paragraphs.

Quickly edit your e-NewsLetter by selecting articles from the System's Reusable Article Library or Create your own Articles and save them in your own Reusable Article Library.

Select a picture to include in the article from our Resuable Image Library or Upload your own images to your Reusable Image Library. Interesting images help keep readers engaged and draw attention to your articles content.

Include links in your articles to provide additional information or to drive traffic to your website or social sites.

You can include up to 15 articles per e-NewsLetter.

Left Panel Content (Optional)

This section allows you to have up to 6 images + text.

You have built a relationship with your clients, they want to know how and what you are doing.

Use this section to acknowledge a client who has given you a referral or talk about the activities in your local area.

Share interesting links (Websites, Videos...) with your clients.

Share the activities you are involved in (volunteering, community services...)

Display a picture with your clients of your recent sale.

Featured Listings and Offers (Optional)

This allows you to involve and recommend your group of professionals, or display listings.

Include up to 12 Featured Listings and Offers per e-NewsLetter.

*Promote your business partners and ask them to pay a small advertising fee.

(Example: 4 ads x $50 = $200, or
                  4 ads x $100 = $400 ...
